I did not really learn that much from the excersises on Dreamweaver , but thats only because my major is Associates in Applied Science Web Technology. I have had classes that have went over all the things that this book discusses last semester and before that. Dreamweaver has been what i have used for web development since they taught us the very basics in web design in high school.
There were some things that i learned from it though. I did not know that many sites do not actually go by the web standards. This makes there site not attractive and usually loses interest from previous visitors. The whole point of a web site is to attract visitors to your business through a creative outlet. Using dreamweaver along with CSS allows for that to happen. It also is the best way to make engaging yet effecient sites on all browsers.
I may have known the basic sof dreamweaver but i did not know about the philosiphy behind it.
